Welcome to our small but exquisite ice cream patisserie in Frankfurt!

I'm Maximilian – an experienced chef and pâtissier, proud father of four, and founder of Pallina. My goal is to channel my experience from top-level gastronomy – including Jamie Oliver and Heston Blumenthal – into the art of traditional Italian gelato making.

Our unique flavors like pear-lime-thyme, salted pistachio, passionfruit-dark chocolate, or banana-lime create true explosions of taste and turn every visit into a highlight. At Pallina, quality and creativity come first in everything we create.

We constantly seek out the best fresh ingredients, because only with high-quality products can we create exceptional ice cream. Sustainability is close to our heart: you enjoy our gelato in biodegradable packaging, our shop runs on green electricity, and you’ll often find us riding around on our branded cargo bike – climate-friendly and authentic. This is how we aim to leave behind a delicious, responsible future for ice cream lovers big and small.

Our team is the heart of Pallina – we couldn’t do it without them! Together, we want to make your visit a special experience.
